'Hunar Haat' will restart with the theme "Local to Global" from September 2020.

-Ministry of minority affairs flagship programme 'Hunar Haat' will restart from September 2020 with the theme "Local to Global". This platform is for artisans and craftsmen from various parts of the country to showcase their art and craft. This platform has provided employment and employment opportunities to more than 5 lakh Indian artisans, craftsmen, culinary experts and other people associatedwith them in the last five years.

Hunar Haat provides market and opportunity to master  artisans and craftsmen from various remote areas of the country has become a credible brand of rare exquisite indigenous handmade products. There will be a special "Jaan Bhi, Jahaan Bhi" pavilion to create health awareness among the people with the theme of "say no to panic, yes to precautions".

Litti-chokha in great demand after PM ate it at Hunar Haat

- Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi union minister for minority Affairs says that proper follow of " social distancing, hygiene, sanitization and use of masks will be endured at the Hunar Haat".

By utilizing the time during nationwide lockdown artisans and craftsmen have prepared their rare indigenous exquisite products at larger scale. In the coming days Hunar Haat will be organized in chandigarh, Delhi, prayagraj, bhopal, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Mumbai. "This time people will also be able to buy Hunar Haat products digital and online ways through" GeM (Government e market place) ". 

• In February Hunar Haat 2020 is based on the theme" Kaushal ko Kaam" It was organized by the union ministry of minority affairs it held for 10 days from February 13 to February 23. Hunar Haat is held at India gate lawn, rajpath New Delhi.
